I’m Taking My First Vacation, See You In Two Weeks
Sunday, February 12th, 2012As I mentioned last week, Ive decided to be a good boss to my blogging self and take about 6 weeks of annual vacation each year. So this confessed work-and-travelholic is going to take the next 2 weeks off somewhere in the world. Ill be slow to respond to comments, most emails, and there wont be any new posts until February 21rst when Ill launch this years Best City To Visit 2012 Contest.

It’s never too early to start planning your next vacation in Europe, and if youre a fan of skiing or snowboarding, its hard to ignore the draw of the Alps. The Alps span across seven countries: Slovenia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, and Liechtenstein. The highest peak in the Alps is Mont Blanc. Located on the border of France and Italy, Mont Blanc peaks at 15,782 feet above sea level, higher than any mountain in the continental US. It is considered by some to be the highest peak in Europe, but this fact is debated based on the distribution of the mountain between Europe and Asia. T
