Chef Neil Armstrong will teach in Andalucia, Spain on a Gallops for Gourmets holiday.

Want to go on a gourmet and riding holiday? Travel specialist The Riding Company has launched new Gallops for Gourmets holiday in Spain’s Andalucian hills.

These themed cookery and riding holidays are designed for both equestrians and epicureans.

At the romantic El Nobo Villa, top chef Neil Armstrong and guests will daily ride Spanish horses out to source local ingredients for dishes.

Guests will ride the well-schooled horses through the orange and avocado groves of Serrania de Ronda to the historic white villages.

They will find and feast on local delicacies, learning about the region’s ancient cuisine and culture.

Chef Neil Armstrong will lead themed cooking classes and excursions revealing traditional and modern Andalucian cuisine.

The package includes:

7 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at the El Nobo Villa;
6 evening meals including tapas and wine;
3 cooking lessons including ingredients, utensils and learning materials;
