Sheraton to open two properties in Saudi Arabia in 2012

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Worldwide will be expanding in Saudi Arabia with the opening of two new hotels toward the end of 2012. Both hotels will be in Medina and only 150 meters from the Prophet’s Mosque. The Sheraton Medina’s guest rooms will have views of the Prophet’s Mosque and the plaza. They are also near the Jannat al-Baqi (Garden of Heaven), which is one of the locations often visited during the yearly Hajj and Umrah pilgramages. The Sheraton Medina will have 297 rooms, and the Four Points by Sheraton Medina will have 178.
